At Plasdŵr they are responsible for the design of the Canol Plasdŵr Centre.

Plasdŵr is identified in Cardiff’s Local Development Plan as key to the city’s economic growth and a huge part of its vision for the growing city centre.
Cardiff Council, as Local Authority, has positively engaged in the vision for Plasdŵr and been supportive and worked closely with the development team on all aspects of the planning and delivery. Plasdŵr has been designed in line with Cardiff Council’s Transport Strategy where 50% of all journeys are made by walking, cycling or using public transport.
